Our traditional smoked haddock is made using traditional methods to allow for a fuller flavour. Strong yet soothing seafood flavour. Smoked haddock kedgeree makes the perfect breakfast - especially if you've overindulged the night before!
Haddock is a lean white flaky fish, rich in Omega 3. The fish is salt cured then gently 14 hour smoked over oak at the Severn & Wye Smokery. The fish retains the smoky flavour and is classically cooked in a pan of milk.
Great in kedgeree, fish pie or gratin.
