John Dory fillets

180-200g

A versatile accompaniment to many dishes, fresh John Dory fillets are delicious roasted and pan-fried. These John Dory fillets are lovely with Mediterranean recipes.

  • Filleted and pin-boned by hand.

  • Our John Dory fillets are an average of two servings.

  • Caught fresh from the Cornish coast.

"Having very firm dense white fillets with a good fresh flavour, this fish is ideal for pan-frying, grilling and chargrilling whole. It also takes a classic French sauce" - Rick
