Rick Stein Mayonnaise
Rick's mustard mayonnaise recipe is based on those found with fruits de mer or langoustines in Brittany and Normandy. It's the same recipe we use in all our restaurants - the real deal.
Rick's top tip: Enjoy with some white Cornish crab meat, a hunk of decent bread and a glass or two of cold white wine.
It remains fresh for four days from day of delivery and should be consumed within 48 hours from opening. Cannot be frozen.
