Omega-3 Fish Box

Eating fish has many associated health benefits including boosting your immune system, improving your memory and protecting your joints. Packed with essential fatty acids and high in protein adding fish to your diet is a good thing to do, moving to a more Mediterranean style of diet.

The NHS recommends to enjoy at least one serving of oily fish per week as part of a healthy diet and we couldn't agree more why is which this new box is full of catch that contains brain-boosting omega-3.  

  • Whole Cornish Mackerel x 4
  • Whole Cornish Sardines or diced white fish mix with Cod, Hake & Haddock (500g) depending on the season
  • Cornish Herring fillets x 4 
  • Salmon fillets x 2 

Minimum weight will be 1.3kg

We'll also include some cooking suggestions to get you started.

Packaging and delivery

All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours. We use DPD to send our fresh fish. If you have provided us with a mobile number then DPD will text you a one-hour time slot. DPD deliver between 8am-8pm.

We can deliver to UK addresses (exclusions list below)

Please note: Deliveries to the following locations are not available  – Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Eire, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Oban, Dundee, Arran, Argyll, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

Saturday delivery is not available to Glasgow.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.


We will donate £1 for every online fishmonger order over £50 to Dive Project Cornwall. We want to support their quest to protect the marine environment to save our oceans for future generations.
