Eat More Seafood.

Rick - ‘There’s nothing more exhilarating than fresh fish simply cooked.’

Fish contains lots of great vitamins and minerals including Vitamin D & B2, Calcium, Iron, Potassium and Omega 3 fatty acids which help your heart beat
at its best.

We're recommended* to eat at least 2 portions of fish each week and one of these should ideally be an oily fish. The average person in the UK is currently only eating about 1.08 portions per week. An easy and enjoyable way to be healthier this year is by eating more fish. The healthiest way to prepare your seafood is by steaming, baking or grilling to perfection.

1 Portion = 140g. *Recommended by the NHS. Find out more here.

Move More.

We spend too much time sitting, at our desks, in the car and even in front of the television. Moving our bodies is the best way to counteract our somewhat sedentary lives. Whether is walking the dog, playing golf or swimming in the sea, there are countless ways to gently move our bodies and get our blood pumping.

We're lucky to live in beautiful North Cornwall, where we can cycle the camel trail and swim in the Atlantic ocean but our favourite way to get moving all year round is by getting our walking boots on and enjoying the views from our awe inspiring coastline.

Make More Me Time.

Our bodies and minds need a rest every now and again. We enjoy spending rainy days cuddled up with a good book or taking a relaxing bath one night midweek.

Whether you like to unwind by cooking up a storm in the kitchen or pampering yourself in the bathroom, make sure you find some time to indulge yourself.
