We’ve created the Cornish Shores Box to bring you a hand-picked selection of the freshest, most sustainable fish - caught in season and in abundance by local fishermen who know exactly when to land each species.
Each box is different, offering enough fish for 6–8 meals, so your at-home cooking experience stays exciting with every order. The variety you receive will depend on what’s been landed by Cornish day boats - shaped by seasonality, weather, quality and fisherman's luck.
Because the box is entirely catch-dependent, we can’t guarantee which species will be included or excluded. Occasionally, items may be substituted or sourced from elsewhere due to weather, availability or other unforeseen circumstances.
