A platter for the seafood lovers who appreciate a touch of luxury this Christmas, or a gloriously easy way for entertaining, all you need to do is set the table and pour the Champagne.
Arriving ready to enjoy, this box includes the finest shellfish Cornwall has to offer. Cornish lobster is the centrepiece of this platter and is accompanied by Rick’s smoked salmon that is served in The Seafood Restaurant and cured to his own recipe, it’s our version of the classic King's cure with extra smoke. A traditionally dry cured salmon smoked over smouldering oak and then matured in a Himalayan salt vault for 3 days.
Also included is cooked prawns, smoked mackerel fillets, smoked salmon pâté and sauces. A glorious collection of truly special seafood for a Christmas spread that is almost effortless.

Storage
Store fresh fish in your refrigerator immediately upon delivery. Eat within 3 days.
Once cooked, refrigerate in an airtight container, and eat within 24 hours.
Freezer safe. Place within the freezer immediately upon delivery and eat within three months. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
Packaging and delivery
All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours. We use DPD to send our fresh fish. If you have provided us with a mobile number then DPD will text you a one-hour time slot. DPD deliver between 8am-8pm.
We can deliver to UK addresses (exclusions list below)
Please note: Deliveries to the following locations are not available – Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Eire, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Oban, Dundee, Arran, Argyll, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Saturday delivery is not available to Glasgow.
Cancellation policy
As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
