1kg Black Tiger Prawns*
2 Small Monkfish Tails - 250g
2 Butterflied Mackerel - 600g
Whole Cornish Sardines or diced white fish mix with Cod, Hake & Haddock (500g) depending on the season

Occasionally products may be unavailable or replaced from a different source due to bad weather conditions, seasonality and current circumstances. *1kg head-on prawns are packed and supplied frozen, with clear handling instructions. However, they often arrive defrosted due to transit conditions. Once defrosted, they must be consumed within 48 hours.
