This beautiful ceramic design, inspired by the land and seascape of Cornish coves, was the winning entry in a competition Rick Stein launched to final year design students at Falmouth University, Cornwall.

Coves from north Cornwall have been hand-painted in watercolour showing the depth and colour variations in the sea. The clean design and form of bone china complements the subtly changing shades of each cove resulting in a unique and highly collectable range of coastal tableware.

These 2 mugs feature Porthilly Cove and are gift boxed.

Rick's memory of Porthilly Cove: "Mussels and oysters, and a view from Padstow of lush pastures coming down to the bay."

The mugs have a diameter of 8.5cm. They are dishwasher, microwave and oven safe to 200 degrees.
