Seafood platter - Serves 2
Enjoy six fresh oysters, crab claws, gravadlax, combining a traditional Nordic gravadlax recipe with the inspired addition of our Rick's own recipe containing gin, fennel and star anise that creates a totally unique salmon gravadlax and ready to eat alongside our whole cooked prawns which are perfect to be dipped into the aioli.
We'll also include some cooking suggestions to get you started.

- Jars of Aioli and Marie Rose sauce made by our chefs in Padstow
