Christmas Seafood Platter - Serves 4

Nothing says Christmas like an elegant seafood platter, and this is the show-stopper option for the ultimate festive feast. Cornish crab takes centre stage, we believe that it's the best crab in the world, enjoy eating alongside Rick’s smoked salmon, cooked prawns, Aioli and Marie Rose sauce. A real hands-on feast.

Cooked Prawns - Prawns, salt, sodium metabisulphite, citric acid

Smoked Mackerel Pate: Mackerel, cream cheese, butter, pink peppercorns, lemon juice

Marie Rose Sauce - Mustard mayonnaise (sunflower oil, egg yolk, mustard, white wine vinegar, salt), tomato ketchup, Tabasco.

Aioli - Rapeseed oil, liquid egg yolk, water, white wine vinegar, mustard (water, mustard flour, sugar, salt, wheat flour, turmeric, citric acid, stabiliser [Xanthum gum]), garlic, cloves, sugar, salt, turmeric

Made in an environment handling: CELERY, CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN (such as barley and oats), CRUSTACEANS (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), EGGS, FISH, MILK, MOLLUSCS (such as mussels and oysters), MUSTARD, PEANUTS, SESAME, SOYBEANS, SULPHUR DIOXIDE AND SULPHITES, NUTS

Storage

Store fresh fish in your refrigerator immediately upon delivery. Eat within 3 days.

Once cooked, refrigerate in an airtight container, and eat within 24 hours.

Freezer safe. Place within the freezer immediately upon delivery and eat within three months. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.

Packaging and delivery

All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours. We use DPD to send our fresh fish. If you have provided us with a mobile number then DPD will text you a one-hour time slot. DPD deliver between 8am-8pm.

Cancellation policy

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to ensure we reduce food wastage.
