Celebrate by preparing a feast to wow your friends and family, our fish pie mix which comes ready-prepared with cuts of fresh and smoked fish, allows your to recreate Rick's classic fish pie in the comfort of your home. Enjoy with a chilled glass of white wine. We recommend grilling the hake with soy butter and serving it with spring onion mash - it's the perfect mid-week meal. 

Our dressed crab, smoked mackerel pâté and breakfast cure smoked salmon are the perfect pre-supper starter, or enjoy our smoked salmon on a toasted bagel for breakfast.

• Luxury Fish Pie Mix 400g - Take the hassle out of creating your own fish pie mix with our ready-made solution. Consisting of an array of fresh, locally sourced diced fish, it lends itself well to a number of delicious recipes

• Dressed Crab - From salads to seafood risotto, this delicious meat lends itself well to a huge range of delicious dishes, perfect for you and your whole family to enjoy.

• Hake Fillets x2 - Hake fillets have a soft, tender texture and a boast a mild, subtly sweet flavour. A member of the cod family, hake is traditionally favoured in Spanish cuisines as it lends itself well to warm Mediterranean flavours.

• Smoked Mackerel Pâté - Made in Padstow to Rick's recipe, this rather moreish smoked mackerel pâté which is made with the freshest Cornish catch is best served with crusty bread, on top of a salad or a great addition to a sharing board as a starter or light lunch. 

• Rick Stein The Breakfast Cure Smoked Salmon - Our breakfast cure smoked salmon is soft and succulent, ideal with scrambled eggs. Oak smoked and matured for 2-3 days. 
  
  
• Rick Stein Fish and Shellfish Soup - French fish soup is a classic dish, also known as a bouillabaisse, which is the base for our own recipe. Served with a delightfully toasted slice of bread or scattered with croutons.
