Rick's Indonesian curry is a classic and a best seller in our restaurants, he discovered the recipe whilst travelling around Bali many years ago and pairs it with a lightly spiced curry sauce mixed with glorious seafood. We've now taken this menu global and introduced a Cambodian crispy smoked mackerel salad with chilli, apple, and peanuts to start and a British bread and butter pudding to close, which really does make for a memorable experience.
Rick says: 'This seafood dish is Indonesian in its flavours from the spice paste made with ginger and galangal, but European in its execution in that the fish is cooked very delicately.'

Indonesian curry menu - Serves two
Cambodian crispy smoked mackerel salad with chilli, apple, peanuts and a sweet and sour dressing.
Indonesian seafood curry, sea bass, cod and prawns served with basmati rice and a green bean and grated coconut salad with crisp fried shallots, garlic and chilli.
Bread and butter pudding with Rick's marmalade made by our chefs in Padstow with pouring cream.

How much cooking is involved
We've made things really easy for you and done all of the preparation so you'll just need to finish the dishes off at home - and we mean easy, the only cooking you'll need to do is a sprinkle here and a grill there.

Do not freeze items from our Stein's at Home boxes, as they may contain products that have been previously frozen.
Stein's at Home boxes will be dispatched every Thursday for delivery on Friday or Friday for delivery on Saturday. Please order before 9am on Monday for Friday or Saturday delivery.
Packaging and delivery
All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for delivery, these boxes will be suitable to consume for 48 hours, including the day of delivery. We use DPD to send our Stein’s at Home boxes, who deliver 8am-8pm. If you have provided us with a mobile number then DPD will text you a one hour time slot.
We can deliver to UK addresses (exclusions list below)
Please note: Deliveries to the following locations are not available – Aberdeenshire, Northern Highlands, Eire, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Oban, Dundee, Arran, Argyll, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Saturday delivery is not available to Glasgow.
