The book brings stories and photos from Jill's collection together with 50 recipes, chosen by Rick and Jack, that have played a big part in shaping The Seafood Restaurant's menu over the past five decades. From timeless classics to standout dishes, each recipe is a reflection of Rick's passion for incredible seafood and unforgettable dining experiences.
Alongside the recipes, the book is filled with heartfelt stories from Jill, Rick, Charlie, Jack and Ed, sharing their treasured memories of life at The Seafood Restaurant. Discover the moments that shaped their journey, from early days in Padstow to becoming one of the most celebrated restaurants in the UK.
Unsigned copies will be delivered on or after 10th April.
Signed copies, by Jill and Rick Stein, will be delivered mid June.
