Stein’s at Home menu boxes bring fresh British seafood and Rick’s classic dishes straight to your door to enjoy at home.

Available for delivery across the UK every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

What’s included in a Stein’s at Home box?

Each box serves two, with a starter, main and dessert.

All of the preparation is done for you so you only need to simply finish the dishes off at home.

Each box comes with cooking and plating instructions.

All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well sealed in insulated bags with chill packs.

We have also added a cheese & charcuterie box and afternoon tea to our Stein’s at Home family.

WHERE IS THE FISH FROM

Where possible, all our seafood is from Cornish shores and sustainable stocks. Due to seasonal tides shellfish maybe sourced from other shores around the UK.

HOW MUCH COOKING IS INVOLVED

Each Stein’s at Home box is simple to finish at home. Sauces and ingredients are prepared, so you’ll only need to cook or heat things up using a grill, oven and microwave and then plate up to serve.

The boxes come with a recipe card with the cooking instructions, which you can also view online:

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel or amend your order we politely ask for the notice listed below:

Delivery Days:

Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

Last day for order changes

Previous Thursday for Wednesday delivery.

Monday for Friday & Saturday delivery

This is to ensure we reduce food wastage.

CAN I PRE-ORDER FOR THE FUTURE

Yes – we release 4 weeks of order dates at a time. Select using the drop down on our online shop here.

Please be aware that we might sell out of boxes, so order early to avoid disappointment.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER 

We can deliver to UK addresses (excluding some offshore islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland)

Please note: Deliveries to the following locations are not available on Saturday.
Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Glasgow, Oban, Arran, Orkney Shetland, Isles of Scilly

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE 

We use DPD to send our Stein’s at Home boxes who deliver 8am – 8pm. If you provide us with a mobile number then DPD will text you a one hour time slot.

Delivery is £7.95. You can also select a Saturday delivery for £10.95 at checkout if you’d prefer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVES 

If you provide a mobile number when ordering DPD will text you a one hour slot. If you’re not going to be in you can choose to divert to a neighbour or request for the box to be left in a safe place.

Our boxes, if unopened, will remain chilled for 48 hours. We do recommend you unpack and refrigerate your box items as soon as you can after delivery to you.

Our boxes are also marked for ‘delivery today’.

You can also select a Saturday delivery at checkout.

HOW ARE THE BOXES PACKAGED AND KEPT COLD

All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well sealed. We use food safe chill packs and an insulated bag within the box. The ingredients will stay perfectly chilled for 48 hours. We do recommend you unpack and refrigerate your box items as soon as you can after delivery to you.

HOW QUICKLY DO I NEED TO EAT MY STEIN’S AT HOME BOX 

Our boxes can be enjoyed for up to three days – we do recommend putting the ingredients in the fridge when your box arrives to ensure they stay cool.

CAN I RETURN MY BOX IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY
