I love this wine! Vouvray is a wine-growing area in the Loire Valley and they make their wines from the Chenin Blanc grape. This is a dry example which is all about the acidity and freshness, with wildflower and quince fruit. It's full of energy, almost lazer like acidity, and is the perfect partner for shellfish. Delicious.
