Spring is fast approaching and we're pleased to share with you our latest Stein's at Home monkfish menu. Bringing three courses of restaurant quality food to your door to make enjoying Rick's classic recipes at home easier than ever. 

The Spring Monkfish Menu - Serves two

🍴 Fish and Shellfish soup with tomato, saffron, garlic, red peppers, fennel and a pinch of cayenne

🍴 Monkfish with crushed new potatoes and watercress

🍴 Strawberry Eton Mess

 Mussels with Tomato and Chilli 

Full Ingredients: Mussels, L'Estornell Extra Virgin Olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes, white wine, chopped tomato, parsley. Sourdough bread.

Monkfish with crushed new potatoes and watercress

Full Ingredients: Monkfish, potatoes with parsley butter, watercress, balsamic dressing (L'Estornell Extra Virgin Olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt) watercress, .

Strawberry Eton Mess 

Full Ingredients: Meringue (egg white, icing sugar, lemon zest, caster sugar) strawberry sauce (strawberry puree, trimolene, lemon juice, cornflour) strawberries.

Total calories per serving, based on an individual consuming three courses is  2,346kcal.

Each box will come with all the prepared ingredients to serve the menu above, as well as cooking and plating instructions.

How much cooking is involved 

We've made things really easy for you and done all of the preparation so you'll just need to finish the dishes off at home - and we mean easy, the only cooking you'll need to do is a sprinkle here and a grill there. View the instructions here.

Ordering

Stein's at Home boxes will be dispatched every Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday or Thursday for delivery on Friday or Friday for delivery on Saturday. Please order before  9am on Friday for delivery on Wednesday or 9am on Monday for Friday or Saturday delivery. Please be aware that we may sell out of boxes, so order early to avoid disappointment.

Packaging and delivery

All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for delivery. These boxes will be suitable to consume for 3 days including the day of delivery. We use DPD to send our Stein’s at Home boxes, who deliver 8am-8pm. If you have provided us with a mobile number then DPD will text you a one hour time slot.

We can deliver to UK addresses (exclusions list below)

Please note: Deliveries to the following locations are not available  – Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Eire, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Oban, Dundee, Arran, Argyll, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

Saturday delivery is not available to Glasgow.
