An aromatic, zesty Sauvignon Blanc so good that we stuck our name on it. Made by our friend Gavin Quinney at his Chateau in the Entre-Deux-Mers, where I think they make some of the finest Sauvignon.
This works with a whole host of seafood and light dishes. I'm thinking a seabass ceviche, shellfish, greek salad, fattoush salad, grilled calamari, guacamole, gazpacho, goat's cheese salad, saganaki.. the list is endless - Charlie Stein
