A fab Cornish sparkling rosé that is perfect to drink in the sunshine. It has a very pale copper salmon hue with a fine stream of tiny bubbles with aromas of raspberry, lemon zest and buttery almond biscuits. The palate is crisp, with fresh citrus and raspberry flavours that linger providing a long finish.

One of the highlights of the 2013 vintage were the Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. These were whole bunch pressed and cool fermented to to retain the natural aromas and freshness. The wine was bottled in the spring of 2014 and was aged for over 4 and a half years before being released.
