Our Stein's at Home menu boxes bring fresh Cornish & British seafood and Rick's classic dishes straight to your door to enjoy at home. Jack Stein and our chefs have created three course meals for two, ready for you to simply finish at home. 

Hake Casserole - Serves two

We're very excited to introduce the winter version of our popular Hake menu.

With a meaty, umami dark sauce which is perfect for a fish like hake. "Some people feel that partnering fish with rich dark sauces like this one is a mistake. I disagree. You don’t lose the taste of the fish as long as it’s good and fresh" - Rick.

Supporting One Feeds Two
When you order a Stein’s at Home box we provide a school meal to a child living in one of the world’s poorest countries through our partnership with One Feeds Two. As a non-profit charity, they work with food companies who donate meals to children living in poverty.

Occasionally we may need to substitute products if we’re unable to source from our suppliers, thank you for your understanding in these challenging times.

What's included and what you'll need

Each box will come with all the prepared ingredients to serve the menu above, as well as cooking and plating instructions.

You'll need your grill on full heat, a bowl for dressing the salad, baking tray, sunflower oil, salt and pepper, small saucepan, a pan of water (or microwave) to warm the potatoes, a spoon and some hot water.

How much cooking is involved

We've made things really easy for you and done all of the preparation so you'll just need to finish the dishes off at home - and we mean easy, the only cooking you'll need to do is a sprinkle here and a grill there. View the full instructions here. 

Freezing

Do not freeze items from our Stein's at Home boxes, as they may contain products that have been previously frozen.

Ordering

Stein's at Home boxes will be dispatched every Thursday for delivery on Friday or Friday for delivery on Saturday. Please order before 9am on Monday for Friday or Saturday delivery.

We can deliver to UK addresses (exclusions list below)

Please note: Deliveries to the following locations are not available  – Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Eire, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Oban, Dundee, Arran, Argyll, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.,

Saturday delivery is not available to Glasgow.
