A quite frankly, ridiculously good-value Cabernet France/Merlot blend from South Africa. As good on a Wednesday night with Pepperoni pizza as it is in a dinner party with some tender, pink lamb. I love it with BBQ'd lamb with Salsa Verde. It will even go well with seared tuna steaks. Also very good with our BBQ box - Charlie Stein
