The Rick Stein chocolate collection is handmade in Cornwall and has been created with our friends at Josh's Chocolate.

Rick, Jack, Charlie and our team of chocolate-lovers worked with Josh over a period of 12 months to develop and refine the 8 unique flavours of chocolate in this box. The result is a collection of truly memorable bars of chocolate with a flavour to please just about every palate.

The plain milk chocolate uses the finest single origin cacao sourced from Ecuador and is 45% milk chocolate. The plain dark chocolate uses cacao from Vietnam and Peru and is 64% dark chocolate. The other flavours are a selection of milk, dark milk and dark, with dark milk being a perfect compromise in the middle of milk & dark and working so well with the hazelnut and maple syrup and pecan bars.

Caramel flavour milk chocolate with caramel pieces and sea salt.
