The fruit for this lovely wine was selected from the two best shiraz growing regions in Australia the Hunter and Barossa Valleys. Full and generous flavoured with pleasingly restrained tannins

The object was to build a state of the art winery in the Hunter Valley north of Sydney, with a crush of no more than 150 tons. There would be no wholesale sales; the winery would be the only place to buy the wine. The grapes would come from the best wine growing regions; the Hunter Valley for Shiraz, Verdelho and Semillon; Coonawarra for Cabernet Sauvignon; Adelaide Hills for Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay; The Clare Valley for Riesling; Barossa Valley for Shiraz; Yarra Valley and Tasmania for Pinot Noir and the Orange region for Merlot. All the wines are individual and well made, as you would only expect under the guidance of one of Australia's most revered wine makers.
