Jill commissioned the photographer Craig Easton to take a series of twelve black and white photographs especially for St Edmund's House. They are of local landscapes and local people who supply produce to The Seafood Restaurant including fishermen and farmers.

There are only 50 of each photograph being printed. Each print is signed and numbered and presented in a waxed ash, box frame.

Measuring 27" x 31½", the photographs are iris prints on archival, water-colour paper.
