These beautiful traditional Cornish pilchard fillets are the second in a series put together by Cornwall's oldest Pilchard processors in collaboration with the world's oldest sardine cannery in Brittany. The fish were caught one evening, by small vessles using approved and sustainable fishing techniques. They have been tinned fresh with the best ingredients.
