Chalky's Bark is a beer fragrant with the flavour of hops At, 4.5% abv, it has great thirst quenching capabilities, ideal for drinking on it's own but it goes particularly well too with fiery, chili hot food, something to cool the heat of a monkfish vindaloo or Singapore chili crab. It's got a dry, bitter finish with a subtle hint of ginger to compliment spicy curries. It's a beer with a lot of bark but not quite so much Chalky’s Bite.

Chalky's Bite is a classic aged beer naturally flavoured with wild Cornish fennel. Quite strong at 6.8%. The idea for Chalky's Bite came about as a challenge from Rick to Sharp's Head Brewer Stuart Howe. The beer created is a great accompaniment to seafood and white meats. 

Chalky's patience whilst attending the many development sessions at the Brewery is justifiably rewarded in the name.
