Chalky's Bite is a classic aged beer naturally flavoured with wild Cornish fennel. Quite strong at 6.8%.

The idea for Chalky's Bite came about as a challenge from Rick to Sharp's Head Brewer Stuart Howe. The beer created is a great accompaniment to seafood and white meats.

Chalky's paticence whilst attending the many development sessions at the Brewery is justifiably rewarded in the name.
