Made in the USA, All Clad cookware is made of an extra thick aluminium core between an interior layer of 18/10 stainless and an exterior layer of magnetic stainless steel that makes this cookware perfect for traditional electric and gas ranges as well as induction cooking surfaces. We love them in Padstow Seafood School because they heat quickly and evenly, are stick resistant, easy to clean, dishwasher safe and have long stay-cool handles.
