Our two-day courses follow a similar pattern to the one-day courses- a mix of demonstrations and practical, hands-on cookery and a sociable lunch enjoying the dishes you've produced (with glass or two of wine, of course).

Residential courses include 2 nights bed and breakfast at The Seafood Restaurant or St Petroc's Hotel together with evening meals and selected wines.
